How to Register
The Hemophilia Treatment Center provides care for patients with inherited bleeding disorders such as Hemophilia and Von Willebrand Disease. Registration allows access to medical care, emergency support, training, and community programs.
Blood Test Requirements
- Complete Coagulation Profile
- Factor Level
- HBs Ag
- HCV
- Other tests like Blood CP, LFTs if required
Document Requirements
- B-Form / CNIC of Patient
- Parents CNICs
- 2 Passport Size Photos
- Proof of Residence (if foreign)
- Phone Number / Email
